Continuing the alcoholic beverage theme I finished with last week, I present Raki. Raki is a rather infamous Greek beverage, produced from the leftover grape skins after the grapes have been crushed. Italian grappa is similar, and raki is often considered Greek "moonshine". Depending on where you get it, it can be fantastic, or awful. When it's fantastic though, it goes down far to easily, and can get a person in trouble very quickly. I also love how it's served, in lovely little carafes to share with friends, preferably by the sea.
